      A Zippy Fuel Sipper!

by Ridgent on 10/13/2026 11:33:30 PM

I have owned my 2026 RAV4 Limited about two months and have logged a bit over 4,700 miles. Love the styling, it handles great, and gets absolutely amazing gas mileage! In my 4,700 miles—in Eco Mode, I have averaged 48.3 MPG! That isn’t a typo, mixed driving, with about 33% 70+ MPH interstate driving. Of course, I drive it like a hybrid—not a Porsche, and that makes a big difference in fuel economy. It absolutely astounds me that the mixed driving mileage blows away the EPA estimates! One thing, if you plan to get one of these, make sure to do your first oil and filter change at 500 miles to get any manufacturing machining debris out early, then change the oil AT LEAST every 5k miles, don’t follow the maintenance schedule on this one if you really want to enjoy Toyota’s bullet proof reputation for yourself!…

      Not a bad SUV

by Dupa on 3/22/2026 10:26:08 PM

Have 623 miles on this new Rav4 XLE Premium AWD with 3 weeks of driving. Half on freeway. Other half around town. Freeway driving with speeds between 65 and 85 mph on the inter-state in the mid-west. Ride is close to CRV, like 95% there. A bit stiff, but, very nice. Seats are soft-tex. Feel like premium economy on airlines. With all the adjustments for the driver (lumbar, height, etc.) adjusted to a very comfortable 6 hours to home from the dealership. Except for the passenger side. Spouse has a bad back. No problem. She customed made a lumbar support from memory foam that works excellent! (She will let me keep the car now) Freeway mpg at 39. City mpg 43. SUV was quiet, like 58 dbs, and the stereo was enjoyable. All the new safety software was easy to navigate and setup. Only bummer is after trial periods, the Toyota navigation and voice recognition to adjust HVAC and such costs up to 35 bucks a month. Google auto works very well in its place. It handles very nicely on mountain curves and roads. Has drive modes for economy, normal and sport. Also, some snow and trail (owners manual advises not use off road, unless necessary). Clearance is 8.1 inches. This is sufficient for most dirt road excursions. The soft-tex seats will be burning my legs when our summer arrives (temps 104 plus). Wish I could have purchased cloth seats. Oh well. Will be happy when the Toyota provides dealers with accessories for fog lights, homelink mirror, metal under carriage covers (skid plates), and some running boards similar to what was offered for the 2025 version. My dealership says keep checking back each month. It could be awhile. The 10.5 inch monitor is large enough. Only downside is glare on a sunny day. I hope a monitor protector will solve that. Overall, looking forward to a long and happy time with our new Rav4. Happy trails to y'all!…

Total Suggested Retail Price or TSRP is the Manufacturer's suggested price. The TSRP plus, the dealer documentation fee of $599, and the title fee of $5.00 that dealers may charge to procure the certificate of title is itemized in the total selling price of the vehicle. The initial selling price does not include any sales or use taxes title and registration fees paid to the appropriate registry of motor vehicles, warranty or insurance products, rebates or other similar charges that you may purchase over and above the initial selling price of the vehicle. Rather, the items listed in the previous sentence will be additional costs added to the initial selling price of the vehicle to arrive at a final and actual selling price. The shipping and destination of the new or preowned vehicle will always be included in the TSRP.

Pricing and availability of the vehicle may vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to options, the dealer, specials, fees, and financing qualifications. Consult with the dealership for the final actual purchase price of the vehicle and complete details of what makes up the final purchase price of the vehicle.

Incentives are subject to qualification. Not all buyers will qualify for the incentives being offered by the vehicle manufacturer.

The optional equipment on the vehicle you choose may be different than the optional equipment that is included in the advertised vehicle and the difference in optional equipment may affect the final price. Consult with the dealership regarding the actual price of the vehicle, payments to be made, and complete details. Also, it is important that the consumer reviews the Monroney sticker on the vehicle BEFORE purchasing the vehicle. It is imperative that customers read and review the Monroney sticker BEFORE finalizing the purchase of the vehicle.

A vehicle "in transit" means that the vehicle has been built but has not yet arrived at the dealership. Images shown in any advertisement media such as a website may not necessarily represent the identical vehicle that is in transit to the dealership.

While the dealership does try to make sure all information posted is accurate, we cannot be responsible for typographical and other errors (e.g., data transmission) that may appear on our website. If the posted price (including finance and lease payments) for a vehicle is incorrect, the dealership will endeavor to provide you with the correct price as soon as the dealership becomes aware of the error. In the event a vehicle is priced incorrectly, the dealership shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the vehicle presented with the incorrect price. All vehicles are subject to prior sale and may not be available when you are ready to purchase.

A price quoted on a given day is not valid the next day because there is a dramatic swing in the value of new vehicles and their availability.
